It has been a while since my last post. Nothing too crazy has been happening since I finished my last book. Some key events to note are I managed to play a few games of settlers, all of which I lost. I recently bought Soul Calibur 4 on credit via Simon and Edward. SC4 isn’t that fun. The rankings are Simon and Edward are relatively on par with one another, then Ryan, Nelson and I are sorta clumped together. However the gap between Simon and me or Edward and Me is so large that the matches are totally one sided.

On Sunday Ram and Shima organized a small picnic at High Park. So sunday morning my cousin Vithy and I made the arduous trek to High Park. This was my first time going to High Park so I had no idea where exactly to meet Ram and Shima. Ram just kept saying walk down some random road and you will eventually get to some cafe. So Vithy and I walked for a while but eventually met my brothers friend Carvill who saved us like 10 minutes of walking and told us where to meet my brother.

The picnic was very fun, lots of talking, a bit of badminton playing, lots of random food to eat, all in all a very nice day. The weather was also nice and warm, not too hot, not too cold. The only complaint I had was in the first few hours there was an air show somewhere nearby so it was REALLY loud at times which was sort of annoying.

Yesterday we played Monopoly and settlers. I lost at settlers, no big surprise there, but I came in second place in Monopoly, I would have won if Nelson didn’t make a broken deal with Daniel for mortgaged properties. Mind you I did cheat at the end when it was a show down between daniel and I. I had around $800 in my pocket since the start of the game.

Today Cheryl came by so we played some rock band. When philip got online he joined us as well and we played a fair number of songs. Later on Red Philip and I headed out to some new bbt place at pacific mall. Redford, being the hero that he is, first stopped by a TnT so that I could pick up some hello panda’s. I am so happy right now. Anyways the bbt place was quite nice, and some of the waitresses were very pretty. Partially because they were just pretty, partially because they were wearing short shorts. They didn’t have banana bbt which made me a little sad. I ordered some Strawberry banana milk shake thing which looked to be made out of real strawberries and banana’s which I suppose is somewhat surprising. If the drink was cold it would have been a little better. The next time we go I think I will try the dessert.

Someone needs to setup either a punitive or reward system to make me post more frequently.
